Selection methods
he selection methods to be applied will be the Evaluation of Professional Experience (EP) and the Interview (E). The interview will be conducted with the candidates who achieve the highest scores in the evaluation of professional experience and may, preferably, be limited to the top 3 (three) candidates. The final evaluation will be based on the following weightings: EP – 40% and E – 60%. The criteria and respective weightings for each of the methods (EP and E) are as follows: EP – Evaluation of Professional Experience (40%) EP1 – Relevant professional experience (30%) EP2 – Relevant professional training (10%) E – Interview (60%) E1 – Demonstration of relevant knowledge and competencies for the proper performance of the role at 2CA-Braga, particularly in the areas of cleaning, sanitation, logistical support, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as the assessment of the candidate’s attitude, motivation, and suitability for the role from a technical, professional, personal, and behavioral perspective (weighting: 60%). The selection panel reserves the right not to fill the position if it considers that none of the candidates meet the required conditions for the role.
